This dressing is an indispensable part of my cooking repertoire. It goes on nearly everything I eat. I would best describe my Secret Dressing as a thick aromatic vinegar with a sweet, tangy bite. It makes for a prefect marinade as well as a sauce for meats, vegetables, seafood and pasta.
